Michael Danby MP has called for an explanation of Australias closer than the USAs relations with Iran, at the Senates Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade References Committee. Australian, NZ and other nations representatives and Australian gap-year students in Israel attended the ANZAC Day ceremony at the Commonwealth Military Cemetery on Mt Scopus in Jerusalem, whilst local Jewish representations attended ceremonies in Sydney and Melbourne.A leaden master for the gold signet-ring made for Oscar Schindler, from the gold extracted from the teeth fillings of the grateful Jews he rescued during the Holocaust, has been granted to the Jewish Holocaust Museum in Melbourne and will become part of their permanent exhibition.Anns: Annual Holocaust Community Commemorations will take place on the 5th May, 2016 at 7.30PM at the Blackwood Hall, Monash Uni., Clayton Campus, in Melbourne and the City Recital Hall, Angel Place in Sydney.
