Australia has not experienced a mass shooting like the one that occurred on Sunday evening at Bondi Beach in 30 years. The attack, which targeted the Jewish community, undoubtedly caused an emotional shock among members of the Jewish-Israeli community and may also have reawakened past traumas. We spoke with clinical psychologist Tammy Ben Shaul to better understand how to cope emotionally with such an event.
