Michal Aviad is a director, script writer, producer and senior lecturer at the Department of Cinema and Television, Tel Aviv University. Working Woman is her second fiction feature film. The film is about an ambitious young mother, who aspires to succeed at her new job without paying the price that her boss demands. Unfortunately, Sexual harassment at the work place is still prevalent in many work places around the globe.
