After the high of the Test series, India is all set for the challenge in the limited-overs competition.
Former India skipper MS Dhoni, ODI deputy Rohit Sharma and Yuzvendra Chahal among others arrived in Sydney for the first of the three one-day internationals.
The three-match series begins on Saturday.

Here are the three things to know about the upcoming ODI series.
SCHEDULE:
The ODI series will start in Sydney on January 12th before moving to Adelaide on January 15th and culminating in Melbourne on January 18th.
First ODI: SCG, January 12, 1:20 pm local time
Second ODI: Adelaide Oval, January 15, 1:50 pm local time
Third ODI: MCG, January 18, 1:20 pm local time
WEATHER:
Rain interrupted the test series as well as the T20 games. Was does the weather outlook say for the day and night ODI games?
According to the Bureau of Meteorology, Sydney will be sunny on January 12th with a maximum temperature estimated to reach 30 degrees with only 5% chance of rain.
Adelaide will be very hot and sunny on January 15th with a maximum temperature estimated to reach 41 degrees.

Australia to tour India next month
The cricket season between Australia and India is set to continue.
The Australian cricket team will tour India after Team India’s two-month-long tour of Australia.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced last year India will host Australia for five ODIs and two T20 Internationals in February-March this year, NDTV reports.
