“Last night we celebrated our Indian engagement and I gave @gmaxi_32 a little teaser of what the wedding will be like," Ms Raman said.
Ms Raman is an Indian-Australian, based in Melbourne and a pharmacist by profession.
The player said his girlfriend was the first one to notice his mental health struggles and was his number one support when he was on a break from cricket.

"It was actually my partner who suggested I speak to someone," Maxwell had said upon his return to cricket.
"She was the first one who noticed it.
"I was pretty mentally and physically ruined from eight months on the road and living out of a suitcase. That had probably been going on for four or five years.
"My girlfriend was number one (support). It probably wasn't an easy job for her to deal with me going through mood swings non-stop for the first few weeks," he said.
