Telstra Customers are once again complaining of another outage, the third one for this year.
Angry and frustrated customers have taken to Twitter to complain and mock the outage, which has left many stranded.
Tweets suggest that their mobile service is not working.
A Telstra spokesman in a tweet said that the company was looking into the reports.
Telstra’s official Twitter account has been asking for more details, and even advised one person try turning their mobile phone on and off again.
But nothing seems to work. It was only last Friday, when Telstra customers across Australia were unable to access phone and internet after a large number of services to be disconnected at the same time, causing extreme congestion.
