A video has emerged on social media of an Indian-origin couple in Canada being threatened in what's believed to be racist attack outside a shopping mall in Canada on Friday.
The incident is said to have take place in a car park of a Walmart Supercentre in Hamilton, Ontario at midday when the Indian-origin couple was trying to park their car and got in way of 47-year-old Dale Robertson.
A video captured on site shows the man getting into a confrontation with the couple and abusing them.
At one point, he accelerates towards the woman before hitting the brakes.
He is heard yelling at the couple, who has not been identified.
“What kind of example are you setting for your children?” the Indian man is heard asking the man while his wife records the video.
As Robertson is seen driving away, the Indian man is heard asking, “You want me to go to my own country? I’m a Canadian citizen.”
“Show me. Prove it. I don’t believe you,” Robertson is heard yelling in the video.
“You don’t talk like a Canadian. I’m racist. I don’t like you, I don’t like her. I would kill your children first.”
