Imran Khan’s party PTI has confirmed his marriage. Khan married Bushra Bibi in Lahore, PTI spokesman Fawad Chaudhary tweeted.

The marriage ceremony was held at bride’s brother’s residence. The Nikah was performed by PTI Central Executive Committee member Mufti Muhammad Saeed.
“Marriage is the combination of two hearts and two souls, which join each other on this special day of your wedding. Wishing you two a very happy and blessed married life!,” Fawad Chaudhary said.

This is Imran Khan’s third marriage. His first marriage was with Jemima Goldsmith, daughter of a British billionaire. It lasted nine years. His second marriage was with TV Anchor Reham Khan which lasted only ten months.
This is the second marriage of Bushra Maneka too, who has five children from her first marriage. Imran Khan started visiting her over a year ago to seek spiritual advice. Maneka, who hailed from Pakpatan district in Pakistan, some 250 km from Lahore, took divorce from her husband to marry Imran Khan.

The pictures of the marriage released by PTI showed Khan wearing Shalwar Kameez and black jacket. The bride can be seen decked in a red suit with a woollen shawl.
