Indian Australian doctor found dead in Melbourne

His disappearance was noted as out of character but police mentioned that he had a medical condition.

28-year-old Tinu Thomas went missing on 14th September from his house in Melbourne.

On 16th September morning, his dead body was discovered inside a car at a public park in Rowville, Melbourne. Victoria Police tweeted that his death is not believed to be suspicious.
Victoria Police earlier appealed to the public for assistance to help locate Tinu, who had gone missing about 6pm on Wednesday, 14th September evening.

His disappearance was noted as out of character but police mentioned that he had a medical condition.

The Times of India reported that Tinu was a dentist, had gained his degree in Melbourne and lived his parents in Rowville suburb of Melbourne.

His parents Thomas George and Annie are teachers who originally hail from Alappuzha in Kerala but have lived in South Africa for many years before the family moved to Australia.

The report also states that his parents planned to visit Kerala soon to arrange for Tinu’s marriage.

Tinu’s body is likely to be taken to Alappuzha for last rites.
