"Natasa and I had a great journey together, and it is just about to get better. Together we are excited to welcome a new life into our lives very soon. We're thrilled for this new phase of our life and seek your blessings and wishes," he had posted on Instagram.

The two got engaged in January this year.

Hardik Pandya is recovering from a back injury and has not played cricket since September last year.

In October 2019, he underwent a surgery in London and has been on rest since then.

However, he is expected to be back on the ground in September when IPL 2020 is scheduled to be played in the UAE.

The Indian cricket team is scheduled to tour Australia from October this year.

However, Pandya's odds of playing in Australia don't look very bright as many senior cricketers have dismissed his chances of selection.

Former Indian cricketer Akash Chopra said players such as Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja might not be in the team.

"I feel neither of them might play. That is a very strong possibility. Because I feel that Hardik Pandya making it to the Test team doesn't look possible to me currently," he said on his Youtube channel 'Aakash Vani'.

The Indian cricket team is scheduled to play a four-match Test series in Australia with the first Test to be played from December 3 at Gabba in Brisbane.
