Many young Indians have died of a heart attack or cardiac arrest in the recent past in Australia.

According to Dr Parul Lakhanpal of Sydney, “Cardiac arrest happens due to sudden malfunctioning of the heart.

This leads to sudden death, and there is little one can do about it.”

Dr Lakhanpal emphasizes on leading a healthy lifestyle.

“We need to be very conscious of our lifestyle. A healthy diet, daily exercise and stress-free routine is imperative,” he says.
