Starring : Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Taapsee Pannu Director: David Dhawan Rating: 2/5 Raja and Prem are conjoined twins and separated at birth by a smuggler. What follows is the obvious of chase and meet and action and some moments where you would want to just get a DVD and watch the original Judwaa. By the way, even the original was a judwaa of Jackie Chan’s Twin dragons but was certainly quite promising. So we have Varun Dhawan doing a Salman, Rajpal Yadav playing what Shakti Kapoor did in the 1997 flick, Taapsee in Rambha’s character and Jacqueline in Karishma Kapoor’s role. Story line sticking more or less to the one we have already seen. Varun Dhawan definitely is getting better with his comic timing. He is what Govinda was in the 90s. Maybe the number of hits Govinda-David Dhawan Jodi churned in years is a training ground. Actors are totally wasted specially when you have Anupam Kher not getting the right space or dialogues. Jacqueline is certainly the busy lady of Bollywood currently but a little acting could be a treat for us too. What saves your mood? The MUSIC and songs rehashed by Anu Malik and to hear ‘chalti hai kya 9 se 12’ and ‘oonchi hai building’ is like reliving happy 90s and you will hum it along and play it in your cars for a while. For a long weekend some really crazy dance steps, guest appearance by Salman Khan, JUDWAA 2 might not be a bad choice. For More, Like our Facebook page.
