Kalakand Ingridients:
2 Cups - Fresh Paneer
1 Tin- Condensed Milk
3 Tbsp - Milk Powder
1/2 tsp - Cardamom Powder
1 tsp - Desi ghee
Method- Mix Paneer, Condensed Milk and Milk Powder in a Non-Stick Pan, and Stir all the time till it starts getting thicker, Add Cardamom Powder, Grease a Plate with Ghee and set the Kalakand, Once set , Cut in to Square Pieces.
