 Rating:  3/5

Saif Ali Khan was last seen in Rangoon where Kangana took the limelight away. We all know how suave and urbane Saif is and this probably would be a very close to real Saif that you would see.

From the by lanes of Delhi , Roshan Kalra played by Saif moves abroad and becomes a celebrated chef and in his mid life crisis deals with the emotions that a divorced man, successful in career and missing his son would. Certain events in life brings Roshan back to India to see his son in Kochi and there on starts another journey all together.

Roshan's equation with his son looks very real and you do find moments where you can relate to his struggle. Saif donning the Chef’s hat and chopping onions, making chola bhaturas, experimenting with pizzas would make you want to wear your apron and get cooking.

Food in this chef is passion, inspiration and quite nicely a therapy too. Reheating isn’t really very high on flavors and so is it with this adaptation. But for those who would want to see the really cool Saif and the man who can make anybody weak in their knees, Milind Soman… try this Chef!!
