Police hunting a Serial flasher in Melbourne

Last Monday the man approached a woman in a street, exposed himself and offered her $50 to touch him.

A serial flasher is on the loose in Melbourne, according the police. It is believed that this man has exposed himself to numerous women in the city. He even offered money to some to touch him.

Police are hunting this man. A photofit image has been released on Monday. The detectives say that this man may be responsible for upto 13 incidents, dating as far back as 2013.
