Victoria Police is on a lookout for a man, described as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance, for an alleged indecent assault on a train line in Melbourne.
A 20-year-old female from Reservoir was travelling on the South Morang city-bound train around 3.16pm on July 7th this year, when the said incident happened.
Police says the victim was seated against the window of the carriage when an unknown male approached her where he stood and hovered for a short time.
The man sat next to the female and leant against her with his elbow pressing against her arm.

He placed his mobile phone on his lap with the screen facing upwards and proceeded to play pornography for approximately five minutes.
The female could see the male’s eyes shifting to her and back to the screen a number of times.
The man disembarked at the Northcote Railway Station.
Police have described the man as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance with black, short wavy hair.
“He was wearing a large, dark-coloured jacket, navy cargo pants and trainers. He was also carrying a black satchel,” the police said.
“Detectives have released a CCTV still image of a man they believe can assist with their enquiries.”
