Victoria Police is looking for a man of Indian sub-continental appearance in relation to a sexual assault on a 24-year-old woman in Melbourne.
The young woman was inappropriately kissed and touched at Seaford beach around 5 pm on Sunday, April 21st by a young man in his late twenties.
The woman pushed the stranger and ran.
Victoria Police have released a computer-generated image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
The alleged offender is described as Indian Sub-continental in appearance, around 28 years old, 170cm tall, unshaven with a slim build, short dark-brown hair and large round eyes.
“He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a brown shirt with a fluorescent orange logo and no shoes.
“The man was last seen walking along Seaford beach towards the Frankston Foreshore,” Victoria Police said in a statement.
The case of sexual assault has now been registered and is being investigated by the Frankston Sexual Offence and Child Abuse Investigation Team.
