Five-year-old Vihaan Sharma saw his mother after three months on Monday after he flew from Delhi to Bengaluru alone.
Vihaan was staying with his grandparents in New Delhi and was unable to meet his mother due to lockdown.

“Welcome home, Vihaan! #BLRairport is constantly working towards enabling the safe return of all our passengers,” the Kempegowda International airport tweeted as his mother received Vihaan.
Vihaan’s mother told reporters at the airport, “My 5-yr-old son Vihaan Sharma has travelled alone from Delhi. He has come back to Bengaluru after three months.”
Air services were resumed in India on Monday after almost two months, and thousands of passengers travelled to different parts of the country.
A total of 832 flights were operated on Day 1. However, many flights were cancelled in different parts of the country.
In Delhi, 82 flights had to be cancelled on Monday. Seventy-four flights were cancelled in Bengaluru.
