SBS Hindi had reported on Wednesday about an 11-year-old child who is suffering from Cancer.
Doctors have told Arnav’s father Jeevan Varkula that the child does not have long as the cancer is spreading aggressively.
Many people called in to express their support for the family. Choked with emotions, people prayed for the family. They shared their stories too.
Venkatesh has lost his son to cancer. He said, “I can understand what Jeevan is going through at the moment as I have lost my son to cancer. Some six months back my 17-day-old son died of a brain tumour. We tried our best but could not save me. We cannot do anything but pray. I can understand how hard it is to lose one’s son.” And he broke down after that.
Ali, another listener from Melbourne, has seen his son suffering from Leukemia. Ali said, “I have been through similar situation. My son was three years old when he developed leukemia. I was here in Australia, and my wife was in India. I had not even seen him by then. By the grace of God, my son is fine now, but I can tell that the pain is unimaginable. We all need to support this family. We all need to pray for him.”
“This is heartbreaking. I think we all should come forward and support the family. This is the best we can do. Jeevan is very brave I would say. I wish him more power,” says Sanjeev.
Shiva says, “I have no words. I am so shocked to hear this. I will pray for the family.”
