The survey was conducted by a UK base medical insurance provider Get Going. A list of 40 airlines is release after the survey on the basis of safety, cancellations and delays over a one-month period in September.
And top spot has been grabbed by domestic US airline GoJet. It received 8 out of 10 customers rating. Japan’s ANA stood second with a tiny margin while Air New Zealand came third.
The survey report said, “We have studied the recent performance of 44 top airlines to see how reliable they really are.”
For customer ratings, the score was ranked out of 10. On the basis of score lists of top 10 and worst 10 lists have been released. Air China is ranked lowest with 4 customer rating. Air Asia is at number two in the list of worst airlines.
“We collected the amount of flights for each respective airline over the period of September. From this, we measured the percentage of those that were delayed or cancelled as well as the average length of delay.”
