Ingredients
1Kg Skinless Chicken Wings
1 tbsp Plain Flour
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt to Taste
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Sauce for Stir-frying
1 Cup of Hot Water
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Honey
1 Cube of Chicken Stock
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Light Soy sauce
1 tbsp White Vinegar
Make a Mix of 1 tbsp cornflour with 1 tbsp cold water, to thicken the sauce.
Veg’s for Stir-frying
1 tbsp Oil
¼ Cup Spring onion whites
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
1 tbsp Fresh Garlic
½ tbsp Fresh Green Chillies / or to taste
2-3 cups of oil for frying
Garnish
Fresh Coriander

Method
- Add plain flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, 1 egg, ginger garlic paste and soy sauce to chicken wings.
- Mix well and set aside for 2 hours.
- Now prepare the sauce for stir-frying.
- Take one cup of hot water; add the sugar, honey, chicken stock cube, soy sauce, white vintager and light soy sauce.
- Mix well and keep ready to add to the stir-fry.
- Now heat the oil to fry the marinated chicken. Fry and keep aside.
- Now take another pan.
- Add 2-3 tbsp oil.
- Add fresh ginger, garlic, and chilli.
- Stir for a min.
- Add spring onion white, cook for about 3-4 min or till the onions go a little translucent.
- Now add the sauce mixture and let it come to a boil.
- While waiting ,for the sauce to come to a boil, take 1 tbsp of cornflour and 1 tbsp of water, mix and keep it ready to add to the sauce once it’s boiling.
- Once you add the cornflour and water mixture to the sauce it will thicken up.
- Now add the fried chicken wings mix and coat all the wings.
- Lastly add the spring onion greens and turn the heat off.
- Serve, and garnish with some fresh coriander and fresh lemon.
