Valentine's Day Special: Rose Water and Berry Panna Cotta with summer berries

Try this special dish for Valentine's Day this year! Simple and easy to make.

Ingredients

2 x cups (500ml) standard cream

1 x cup milk

15ml rosewater

30ml Rooh Afza syrup

1 ½ teaspoon of gelatin powder

200 grams of fresh seasonal summer berries (raspberries / strawberries)

Edible rose petals to garnish

Optional – rose petal crystals (rose petals, sugar, rose water, blend and then dehydrate)

Method

- Heat the cream and milk in a small saucepan with rose water.

- As the contents come to the boil, add the gelatine powder

- Remove from heat.

- Pour into moulds /glass and allow the delicate flavour to infuse in the fridge until set (2 hours).

- Serve with rose petals and summer berries to garnish.
