Dr. Deepak Sachdeva is a medical yoga expert. He received his Diploma in Yoga Education from University of Amravati where he learnt classical yoga for another one year. Then he went to Dr Karandikar's Kabir bagh Math Sanstha, Pune and received Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Therapeutic Restorative Yoga.

Now Dr. Sachdeva practices and teaches medical yoga. Watch the video to know more:
