Australian government’s new ad campaign is hard hitting and confronting.

The TV, radio, print and online ads aimed at curbing domestic violence in Australia targets so-called "influencers", such as mums, dads, teachers and coaches, who unknowingly excuse or ignore disrespectful behaviour by young people.

This ad was shared by Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull on his Facebook account which has been shared over 4 thousand times.
Social Services Minister Christian Porter described the campaign as "very confronting" while Minister for Women Michaelia Cash said that excuses like, "it's just boys being boys" had to stop.
If you or someone you know is impacted by sexual assault or domestic or family violence, call 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732. In an emergency, call 000.
