Cricket touched a new low on Sunday.
The ongoing Pakistan Super League tournament witnessed an ugly brawl between two Pakistani players.
Wahab Riaz and Ahmed Shehzad were involved in a physical fight during the Pakistan Super League match.
During a match between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi, Ahmed Shehzad and Wahab Riaz got involved in a physical fight that had to be interrupted by the team-mates and umpires.
In the fifth over of the Gladiators’ innings, Shehzad hit Riaz’s delivery for a big six. On the very next ball, the bowler bowled Shehzad with a slow delivery and burst into aggressive celebration as Shehzad started to walk back to the pavilion.
Unimpressed with Riaz’s celebrations, Shehzad raised his bat towards his Pakistani team-mate while Riaz let out his anger through some cuss words.
Matter reached to the point where Riaz pushed Shehzad. But the other players soon arrived at the scene to prevent further altercation.

Zalmi won the match by eight wickets but the incident became the talking point on Sunday.
Both have been fined heavily and given a warning by the Cricket Board.
