'Ganesh Utsav' was first organised in 2016 by a handful of Adelaide-based Indian families, but has since evolved into a two-day event with over 10,000 people expected to attend this year. The 'Australia Cha Raja' celebrations, organised by United Indians of South Australia (UIOSA), will be running from 3 September to 4 September. The organisers have shared the details of the event, which includes the installation of a 21 feet tall Ganesha idol in South Australia.
