After 75 years, has NATO become more relevant?

NATO, established in 1949 with the aim of collective defense and fostering peace, celebrates its 75th anniversary this week. Over the years, it has transformed from a Cold War stronghold into a vibrant entity that, in response to Russia's aggression, has recently embraced Finland and Sweden. This enlargement enhances cohesion in countering external dangers, especially those emanating from Russia.
