As we become more multicultural, patients and doctors face language barriers

There is a concern that Medicare is failing to meet the needs of diverse communities as Australia becomes an increasingly multicultural nation. It is difficult for doctors to spend time with patients who do not speak English as their first language due to current funding limitations.
