Australia’s population has reached an estimated 28 million, with the country adding roughly one person every 1 minute and 15 seconds, according to the latest ABS data. Migration continues to be a major driver of this growth. And for the first time, people born in India have become Australia’s largest overseas-born community, overtaking those born in England. In this podcast, Australian residents of Indian origin share their views on rising migration, concerns around housing affordability and limited job opportunities.
