Australia is no longer top pick for international students, but why?

Australia has lost its status as the preferred study destination for international students, according to research by the international student organisation IDP. The findings, drawn from a survey of over 11,500 prospective and current international students from 117 countries, cite factors such as education quality, job opportunities, and cost-effectiveness as key influencers of students' decisions. Jane Li, IDP's Regional Operations Director for Australasia and Japan, highlights that the United States has now taken the lead position.
