Dementia-specific care offered by some aged care homes in Australia

A recent report indicates that dementia is becoming a severe global health problem. Along with memory loss, dementia sufferers also exhibit a number of mental and behavioral changes which are often difficult for their families to understand and manage. Efforts are being made in Australia to build better facilities for these patients and their family members to seek support more easily.
