Pakistan flooding claims over 1000 lives, Australian diaspora comes together to help victims

The Pakistani government has declared a state of emergency after heavy monsoons and flash flooding killed 1,000 people. Members of the Pakistani diaspora in Australia are mobilising supplies to distribute to the worst affected areas as the prime minister appeals for international assistance.
