Australian teens losing hope in their future, UNICEF study finds

A new UNICEF Australia report reveals declining confidence among the nation’s youth, with less than one third feeling hopeful about their future. Children as young as 12 years old are experiencing anxiety over housing and security. Drawing on input from over 2000 children, it highlights rising psychological distress, financial and housing anxiety, and higher impact on marginalised groups.
