India has officially designated 23rd September as ‘Ayurveda Day’, with this year’s theme being ‘Ayurveda for People & Planet.’ In this podcast, we explore how today’s fast-paced and stressful lifestyles are leading people to revisit ancient healing practices. SBS Hindi spoke to Dr Naveen Shukla, president of the Australasian Ayurveda Association, who highlighted that simple Ayurvedic methods, such as diet, daily routines, and natural remedies, can help maintain balance, improve wellness, and support healthier living.
