Childcare relief for parents - but is it enough?

Parents sending children to childcare are now guaranteed a 90 per cent subsidy for three days a week, without the need to meet any eligibility test. While parents have welcomed the move, some say the subsidy alone does not go far enough and further support is needed to make childcare truly affordable.
