Each year on 25 November, communities mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, yet for too many it’s a daily reality. Within Australia’s Indian community, many women on temporary or dependent visas hesitate to seek help due to fear, stigma and uncertainty. Community organisations provide critical support and legal guidance.
