The recently published study by Ending Loneliness Together, which involved a survey of 4,000 individuals from Australia, reveals that younger Australians are more prone to experiencing loneliness compared to their older counterparts. SBS Hindi conducted an interview with a professional counsellor Yogini Lele, discussing the origins, signs, and potential remedies for feelings of loneliness.
