Experts warn against foodborne illness this holiday season

With the holiday season in full swing, festive tables are filling up, but so is the risk of foodborne illness. To help Australians enjoy festive meals safely, the Australian Food Safety Information Council has released its top tips, aiming to prevent the over 4.5 million cases of food poisoning that occur each year.
