Gaurav Kundi, a 42-year-old man of Indian origin, has died two weeks after becoming 'unresponsive' during a police arrest attempt on Payneham Road in Adelaide on 29 May. The incident has raised serious concerns within the Indian community, with calls for an investigation, justice for Kundi, and support for his family. Last week, Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong confirmed that the matter is under investigation by South Australian Police and other relevant authorities.
