Optus could face 'significant consequences' following last week's triple-0 outage, that's been linked to multiple deaths, according to the Federal Communications Minister. The Australian Communications and Media Authority has launched an investigation, with the Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, also describing the triple-0 failure as completely unacceptable.
