Many regional towns across Australia struggle to attract essential workers and services, often due to a lack of affordable housing and other factors. Karishma Khanna, who recently decided to relocate to Melbourne after living in Geelong for two years, shares the challenges she faced while living in the regional area. As a student and job seeker, she says she can 'save more' by living in the city, contrary to popular belief.
