Heart foundation says no restrictions on unflavored full-fat milk, yogurt and cheese for healthy Australians

The Heart Foundation has released new advice on the consumption of dairy, meat and eggs. The updated advice comes following a substantial review of current evidence of the foods' impact on heart health.


The Heart Foundation has revised its recommendations on the amount of dairy, meat and eggs Australians should consume.

The new advice includes removal of restrictions on unflavoured full-fat milk, yoghurt and cheese for healthy Australians - that is, those who don't have high cholesterol, diabetes or heart disease.
