Are women closer to the boardroom? Report notes slight improvement

The latest Financy Women’s Index is out for the June quarter, with the national gender pay gap narrowed to 11.5 per cent from 11.9 per cent, its best result on record. SBS Hindi spoke to Financy's CEO, Bianca Hartge Hazelman and financial expert Paridhi Jain shared insights, noting that the growing presence of women in leadership and financial advisory roles marks modest progress in Australia’s path toward gender equality. .
