New research suggests a Mediterranean-style diet could reduce anxiety and stress in individuals over 60. The study, led by the University of the Sunshine Coast, suggests a Mediterranean style diet is associated with fewer symptoms of depression. Additionally, experts highlight similarities between Mediterranean and Indian food cultures and their potential mental health benefits.
