A recent study highlights that, despite the significant contributions of migrant entrepreneurs to their new home country, their experiences of marginalisation and the ways they can overcome it remain underexplored. Niti Bhargava, who has recently been appointed as a member of the Small Business Ministerial Council for Victoria, shares some of the key issues and challenges that remain in the business world for migrants.
