The National Indian Film Festival of Australia (NIFFA) has secured three years of funding support from the NSW government, strengthening its position as a key platform for Indian cinema in the country. Showcasing everything from regional and independent films to mainstream productions, the festival also promotes industry collaboration between Australia and India. Speaking to SBS Hindi, festival supporter and former Australia India Film Council COO Khushaal Vyas discusses the significance of this funding and future ambitions.
