Melbourne-based physiotherapist Dr. Himmat Singh Dhillon dispels myths surrounding osteoarthritis, the most common form of arthritis. The National Health Survey 2017-18 found that an estimated 2.2 million Australians, comprising 9.3 per cent of the population, had osteoarthritis. The condition is more prevalent among females than males.
