Rahul Dev Burman (27 June 1939 - 4 January 1994), fondly remembered as ‘Pancham da’, was one of the most popular music composers of the Indian film industry. He had a unique niche for transforming everyday sounds into rhythm and beats. He is credited as a revolutionary for blending seamlessly Indian classical, folk and western influences in his music. We remember this legendary composer who won millions of hearts across the globe through his popular film scores.
