'Good Night's Sleep': A research exploring critical aspects of sleeping habits in young Australians

One of the first comprehensive investigations of young Australians' sleep habits found that low sleep satisfaction may strongly indicate low mental and physical health. Out of the 1,200 young adults surveyed, more than 60 percent reported irregular sleep patterns, with a third of them sleeping less than the recommended seven to nine hours a night.
