Australian Professionals of Colour (APOC) is an organization formed by two Indian corporate leaders to promote culturally diverse leadership in Australia. During the launch of their Sydney chapter, SBS Hindi spoke to co-founders Sangeeta Mulchandani and Vineti Anand about the importance of 'sponsorship' and cultural intelligence to break the current bamboo ceiling.
